Welcome to all from the Harakeke Room!!
We are the New Entrants at Welcome Bay School. We have only just turned 5. We can already write some words on our own. We love learning about the computer and the programmes and activities that we can play on them. We especially love swimming!!!

Welcome to 2010
The new school year is about to start....wow the holidays have gone fast!!
This year it is hoped that each class will have their own blog which will be linked to this collaborative team blog. The digital era is upon us, and as teachers we are trying hard to embed this technology into our everyday teaching....watch this space!!
We are all looking forward to this year - lots of exciting things are going to be happening.
Term 1 is all about team building, relationships, setting the class climate....and lots of swimming!!!
